  • Kit inclusions
    • Brush
    • Ear Caps

    • Bleach Powder (50g)
    • Developer (100ml)

Preparing your hair

  • For previously treated or processed hair, we recommend waiting 3 months before bleaching.
  • To make sure your hair is well moisturized, deep-condition with masks at least twice a week for 2 weeks before bleaching.
  • The night before bleaching, soak your hair with coconut oil to help prevent significant protein loss and heavy damage.

Bleaching your hair

  1. Make sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting bleach on! You can use an old shirt or clean towels to cover your shoulders and neck.
  2. Next, part your hair into sections using hair clips you have on hand and use the ear covers provided in the kit.
  3. Remember to put on the protective gloves before mixing and bleaching your hair. Use the brush provided to mix our ingredients.
  4. To make the hair bleach, pour ½ of the bleaching powder and ½ of the developer in the bowl provided. Mix until it’s a smooth cream. Then, pour ½ of the additive into the bowl and mix it into the cream.
  5. By using half of the ingredients, you can save the remaining products to mix as a second batch after your first application.
  6. Take one section of hair and use the brush to apply the bleach starting an inch away from the roots. Make sure to apply the bleach evenly to the rest of the sections, leaving the roots for later.*
  7. After the first application, let the product settle. Wait 20 minutes, then start mixing the remaining ingredients to make the second batch of hair bleach.
  8. Now, apply the second batch evenly to the roots of your hair. Once done, let the product settle again, this time waiting 10-15 minutes.
  9. After a total of 35 minutes with the bleach, rinse your hair thoroughly with cold water, then towel dry. Apply the treatment on your towel-dried hair, then wait for 10 more minutes.
  10. Finally, rinse your hair thoroughly once again to remove all of the remaining products.

*If irritation occurs, please discontinue use. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

Caring for your hair

  • Please avoid heating or styling your bleached hair for at least two (2) weeks.
  • We recommend using natural or organic hair products. Chemicals can cause damage to your hair, especially after bleaching.
  • Consider using toner for your bleached and colored hair. You can use purple, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to help neutralize unwanted undertones.
